Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule site visits.
Update lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/site-visit targets.
Requirements: Positive communication and convincing skills, robust follow-up ability, and a target-oriented approach. Real estate experience preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
