Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and client-focused Real Estate Agent to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves property advisory, client relationship management, market analysis,



and end-to-end deal closure while maintaining high ethical and qualified standard.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads. Understand clients' requirements, budget, and investment goals.
Recommend suitable properties from multiple developers and projects.
Schedule and conduct property site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly sales target
