Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a warm shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Assist customers with product features, pricing, and offers.
Support sales activities to achieve individual and store targets.
Build solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
Coordinate with team members for billing, packing, and customer support.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
