Role Description
The Business Development Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in vadodara Gujarat. This role supports the business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and maintaining databases of prospects and leads. The Business Development Assistant helps prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials,



and coordinates follow-ups with clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, supporting client relationship management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services.
