- Business Analytics
- Research Methodology
- Business Communication
- Supply Chain Management
- Digital Marketing
- International Business
- Prepare course plans, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
- Adopt creative teaching methodologies, including:
- Case-based learning
- Simulations
- Experiential learning
- Project-based learning
- Blended and technology-enabled learning
- Maintain high standards of classroom engagement and academic discipline.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, presentations, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and course documentation as per institutional requirements.

2. Research & Publications




- Conduct high-quality research in Management and allied disciplines.
- Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals indexed in UGC CARE, Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, or equivalent.
- Present research papers at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Undertake funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and collaborative research initiatives.
- Publish books, book chapters, patents, case studies, and teaching notes.

3. Student Mentoring & Guidance
- Mentor students for academic excellence and career development.
- Guide MBA dissertations, research projects, and internships.
- Supervise student research, innovation, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Assist students in placements, corporate readiness, and qualified certifications.
- Encourage participation in competitions, conferences, and qualified forums.
