Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM)



who is passionate about ERP, SaaS, and AI solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with global customers and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding technology company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Engage with CEOs, Directors, Founders, Operations Heads, and IT Decision Makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business processes and customer pain points.
- Present Odoo ERP, AI Platform, and Digital Transformation solutions to prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with international customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with Functional Consultants and Technical Teams during pre-sales discussions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain CRM
