Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize qualified leads.
- Create compelling ad copy that complies with Google Ads healthcare and medical advertising policies.
- Optimize landing pages and collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with surgeons, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, healthcare advertising regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all advertising complies with local healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and clinic branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with conversion tracking and lead generation.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare marketing.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead management systems.
