What you will do:
- Develop thermal management system (TMS) and secure QDCF in all product development phases for both ICE and e-mob machines. Develop TMS components to fulfill product requirements. Develop advanced TMS technology and continuously optimize performance, safety, efficiency, and lifespan of the machine they're a part of.
- The developments are made in projects with close cooperation with both other departments, suppliers and own production, which means a lot of contacts within the company as well as outside including international contacts.
- Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Participate in development projects reaching targets on both time and cost
- TMS development to meet customer requirements including reliability & durability and cost target




- Develop technical specification of TMS components
- TMS layout & installation design
- Work with purchasing for new component development
- Management of product quality and reliability improvement projects
- Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions
- Develop technical solution for PM issue
