As we continue to scale, world-class developer experience is becoming a key differentiator. We're looking for our founding Knowledge Manager to build documentation that developers genuinely enjoy using, whilst leading the evolution of our documentation platform and processes.

This isn't a traditional documentation role. You'll own our developer documentation strategy end-to-end - from understanding how developers integrate with our APIs, to designing a documentation experience that makes integration effortless.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience to transform complex payment integrations into clear, accurate and engaging documentation.





Alongside creating content, you'll lead the rollout of a up-to-date documentation platform, evaluate documentation tooling, define documentation standards, and embed documentation into our product development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own our Developer Documentation_
- Create and maintain best-in-class API documentation, integration guides, tutorials and SDK documentation.
- Write clear documentation for REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, payment flows and developer tooling.
- Produce quick-start guides that help developers integrate with APEXX in hours rather than days.
- Improve information architecture to make documentation intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Continuously review documentation using developer feedback and analytics.
