SAP Basis Support Job Description
- Provide daily SAP Basis support for SAP HANA and NetWeaver systems across all environments.
- Monitor SAP HANA database performance, backups, and system health to ensure high availability.
- Execute system copies, client refreshes, and transport management in HANA and NetWeaver landscapes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to quickly resolve production incidents.
- Perform system monitoring using tools like SAP Solution Manager and HANA Studio.
- Document support activities, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide on-call support for critical SAP HANA and NetWeaver system issues.
- Administer and maintain SAP NetWeaver components, including instance configuration, profile parameter tuning, and system startup/shutdown activities.
