Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Monitor process parameters, alarms, and equipment status through HMI and SCADA interfaces.
- Troubleshoot faults in PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and automation systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation equipment.
- Assist in commissioning, testing, and startup of electrical and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot field instruments, sensors, transmitters, VFDs, and control panels.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain PLC backups, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.
- Participate in plant shutdowns and emergency maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics,



Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in PLC, DCS, and SCADA operation and maintenance.
- Experience in steel plants or heavy industries is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
- Experience with DCS systems (ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, etc.).
- Knowledge of SCADA software such as WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, or FactoryTalk.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Ability to read electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
