Develop 3D models, layouts, and visual renderings for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed designs in compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to translate design concepts into practical execution.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and basic cost estimations.
- Conduct material quantity take-offs and support procurement teams with design-linked data.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all design documentation.
- Provide technical input during tender preparation, client presentations, and project reviews.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong 3D design skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and related 3D design software.
- Basic knowledge of estimation, BoQ preparation, and rate analysis.
- Robust visualization, documentation, and communication skills.
