About the Role

Geo Energy Management Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell Rooftop Solar Systems under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for residential rooftop solar systems.
- Visit customers at their homes and understand their electricity requirements.
- Explain solar system capacity, electricity generation, savings and ROI to customers.
- Conduct basic rooftop/site assessments and collect required customer information.
- Prepare and present solar quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and personal visits.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team for site surveys and installation.
- Assist customers with required documentation for subsidy and bank loan processing.




- Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Develop business through references, local contacts, residential societies, dealers and other lead-generation activities.
- Maintain good customer relationships before and after installation.
- Stay updated about PM Surya Ghar scheme guidelines, subsidy procedures and solar products.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Solar Sales, Electrical Sales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate or FMCG Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of electricity and solar systems is preferred.
- Should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone and MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
