Job description:
- Own end-to-end trip operations — coordinate daily execution of bookings, itineraries, and travel services from confirmation through to the client's return.
- Manage vendor relationships — liaise daily with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, guides, and activity partners to confirm services and resolve issues in real time.
- Negotiate rates and contracts — secure competitive pricing and exclusive perks from suppliers, and keep our cost sheets accurate and up to date.




- Handle live escalations — be the calm point of contact for last-minute changes, delays, and on-trip disruptions, with quick, client-first solutions.
- Stay compliant — manage visa requirements, travel insurance, and documentation, ensuring every booking meets regulations and company policy.
- Keep the records clean — maintain bookings, payments, and client history accurately in our CRM/reservation system, and prepare operational reports.
- Improve how we work — flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements that make our operations faster and our margins healthier.

Eligibility

Experience & education
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or a travel agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or Business (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills & knowledge
