The key objective of an HR Recruiter is to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization while ensuring that the recruitment process is effective, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process.

Requirements:
- Degree in HR BBA or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Salary Range: 13- 16k
- Freshers can apply

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
