- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with database monitoring and performance tuning.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of automation tools.
- Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and incident management skills.
- MongoDB certification is a plus
