Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with board guidelines (CBSE).
- Improve students’ reading, phonics, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.
- Conduct storytelling sessions, recitations, and interactive language activities.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessment papers.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
- Maintain student records and prepare report cards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching where required.
Required Qualifications:
- B.A /B.Ed. (as per board norms).
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience (preferred).

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Child-centric teaching approach.
- Classroom management skills.
