Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Lead and manage the admissions and counseling team.
- Generate student leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and educational events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the sales and counseling team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.

Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.




- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
