MIS Executive - E-commerce Operations

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for e-commerce operations.
- Generate and maintain sales, inventory, orders, returns, and payment reconciliation reports.
- Monitor marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other sales channels.
- Create dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.).
- Track order processing, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and RTO performance.
- Analyze sales trends, product performance, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, accounts, and marketplace teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain product master data, pricing, inventory records, and SKU databases.
- Prepare business reports for management and provide actionable insights.
- Identify discrepancies in sales, stock,



or payments and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support catalogue, inventory, and operational data management across multiple marketplaces.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or e-commerce operations (Freshers with exceptional Excel skills are welcome to apply).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and ERP/WMS systems is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
