About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product MLR &DAM; solutions across the content lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Aprimo capabilities (workflows, metadata management, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).
- Own delivery roadmap execution for Aprimo-related initiatives & enhancements.
- Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.




- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
- Govern Aprimo platform configurations, workflows, forms, templates, permission models, and taxonomy structures.
- Provide delivery status, reporting, and insights to leadership.Lead release planning, change management, and environment management activities. Oversee platform health, stability, and operational excellence. Support vendor management and contract execution.
