Job Description - HR Manager (Recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring to meet hiring targets.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
