We are looking for a proactive and responsible Travel Operations Manager to oversee both field and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both office-based (in office) and on-field (off-site) travel operations.
- Coordinate with clients before, during, and after trips.
- Work closely with mentors, guides, safari vehicles / drivers, naturalists and local partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute safari and travel logistics.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for every client.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work both in the field and from the office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A responsible, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,142.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
