We're looking for a proactive and hands-on facility manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our gym facilities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the maintenance team, electricians, and technicians.

Coordinate with AMC partners and external vendors for timely servicing and repairs.

Ensure all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and operational.

Handle procurement of maintenance materials, spare parts, and consumables.

Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance.

Monitor maintenance budgets, vendor performance, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:




3-7 years of experience in facility or maintenance management.

Robust knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

Experience managing vendors, AMCs, and maintenance teams.

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (required)
