Key Responsibilities
- Build and engage an active sports community.
- Organize tournaments, workshops, and member events.
- Welcome recent members and ensure a great customer experience.
- Coordinate with coaches and operations teams.
- Gather customer feedback and improve engagement.
- Promote memberships and upcoming activities.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer engagement, community management, or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong event coordination abilities.
- Passion for sports and fitness.
