Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update support records.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.

Eligibility
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Fluent English communication (C1 Level) is mandatory.




- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
