Position Overview:
- Drive analytics maturity and value extraction across the organization.
- Frame and align the analytics vision & strategy to the business strategy.
- Define, design and manage the roadmap for data strategy along with C-level stakeholders.




- Take accountability for executing the data initiatives within the business.
- Hire, train and be a motivating mentor to the team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, R needed
- Knowledge of Machine learning techniques such as Predictive modelling, Time series forecasting, Text Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Optimization Techniques
- Experience with AWS / GCP / MLOPS
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects (work prioritization, planning and task delegation)
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Proven ability to develop recent ideas and creative solutions; work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
