About Us

Dream Holidays is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international holidays, customized itineraries, group tours, corporate travel, student tours, and luxury vacations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel, flight, transfer, sightseeing, and visa bookings.
- Communicate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best rates and services.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, quotations, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Manage booking confirmations, payments, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
- Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.




- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and value-added services.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are completed within deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in travel operations (Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply).
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Experience with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
