Reporting To: Centre Head / BDM - Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Student Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents regarding the courses offered by the institution, converting enquiries into admissions, maintaining robust relationships with students, and achieving monthly admission targets. The role requires excellent communication, counselling skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online counselling sessions.

Admission Process
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website leads, and social media enquiries.




- Follow up with all prospective students until admission is completed.
- Explain course fees, payment options, scholarships, and installment facilities.
- Assist students in completing admission documentation.

Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries in the CRM or admission register.
- Update enquiry status daily.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.

Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain a high lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Participate in educational exhibitions, seminars, career fairs, and promotional events.

Student Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure excellent student satisfaction throughout the admission process.

Coordination
- Coordinate with the Acade
