Position: Asst. Personnel Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Employee Management
2) HR policies & process
3) Salary & wage administration, payroll management.
4) Convey HR policies, method and related activities.
5) Compensation & Wage structure
6) Experience in handling staff & worker grievances.
7) PF & ESIC and all statutory compliances
8) Labour Laws
Any Graduate with masters in HR/labor laws
Experience min 5 years in manufacturing industry
Handling labor issues, worker grievances and compliances.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
