- Market bench consultants across W2 requirements.
- Work with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Submit consultants to suitable job requirements based on their skills and experience.
- Maintain daily follow-ups with vendors and consultants.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and daily marketing reports.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Collect and verify required employment documents.
- Prepare and manage offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Track joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate background verification and onboarding status.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of W2 Bench Sales experience (mandatory).
- Positive understanding of the US IT recruitment process.




- Experience working with W2 requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- 1-4 years of experince in US IT Bench Sales
- Experience in W2 marketing is mandatory.
