- Inspect Incoming Materials: Verify that all incoming electrical and mechanical components meet the required specifications before they are accepted for production.
- Monitor Production Quality: Ensure quality standards are followed during fabrication, punching, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, and wiring processes.
- Conduct Final Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test completed control panels to ensure they meet customer specifications and applicable quality standards before dispatch.
- Manage Non-Conforming Products: Identify, document, and control defective products while implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
