Affiliate Manager - Mobile Performance Marketing

About the Role

This role requires someone who can manage publisher relationships, identify new opportunities, troubleshoot campaign challenges, and take ownership of team and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing mobile publishers, affiliates, and traffic partners.
- Build strong connections with current publishers and continuously expand the publisher network.
- Understand campaign objectives, KPIs, tracking, payouts, validation, and performance metrics.
- Identify suitable traffic sources and publishers for different mobile performance campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work closely with operations, account management, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and campaign conditions with publishers.
- Drive revenue growth by scaling high-performing publishers and traffic sources.




- Take ownership of challenges and act as a problem solver rather than simply escalating issues.
- Support and guide team members while actively contributing to team performance and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, traffic sources, and developments in mobile performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or publisher management.
- Strong fundamental understanding of mobile performance marketing and the affiliate ecosystem.
- Good existing relationships and connections with mobile publishers and traffic partners.
- Working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and SaaS platforms used for campaign tracking, attribution, analytics, and performance management.
