Position Summary

TEACH is seeking a passionate Assistant Lecturer - Theory Subjects to deliver engaging and accessible classroom instruction to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students pursuing higher education.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
- Support students in developing conceptual understanding and academic confidence.

Student Engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Encourage classroom participation and cooperative learning.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Academic Responsibilities
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Participate in curriculum planning and faculty meetings.
- Contribute to academic initiatives and institutional activities.

Qualifications:
- B.Ed. or NET/SET qualification will be an added advantage.
