Relationship Associate - Housing Loan (HL)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Relationship Associate with experience in Housing Loan (HL) sales and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
- Source customers for Housing Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
- Conduct customer and property visits.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan sales.
- Direct Sales / DST / Field Sourcing experience is required.:
- Experience in Housing Loan / Home Loan products.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
