Job Title:System Administrator (Hardware, Software, Cybersecurity & Security Compliances)

Experience Required:2-5 years in IT system administration, hardware/software management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Cyber Security
- Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch management, and penetration testing.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

System Administration
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor network traffic and optimize system performance.
- Document processes, configurations, and incident reports.

Security Compliances




- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement IT governance and risk management practices.
- Train employees on compliance policies and cybersecurity awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Hands-on expertise in cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MCSA, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer).
