Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the academy.
- Schedule appointments and counseling sessions.
- Maintain visitor records and student inquiry registers.
- Coordinate with faculty and counselors for appointments and follow-ups.

Telecalling Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM or inquiry register.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).




- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an added advantage.

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Education Counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary
- ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Incentives may be offered based on admission conversions.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 6 days a week (Weekly off as per academy policy)
