Position Title: Telecaller

Location: Goregaon East

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 0-2 Years (Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales Experience Preferred)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Customer Interaction
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound inquiries related to products, orders, and services
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers

2. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and sales targets

3. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout interactions

4. Data Management & Coordination




- Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups
- Update CRM / systems with accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred)
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
