Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in Varanasi and nearby regions
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and follow-ups
Provide product demos and technical guidance to clients as needed
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English
Familiarity with Varanasi territory and local market dynamics
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel
Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools
