Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Develop AI-powered assistants, Copilots, and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise automation.
- Build secure integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and scripting.
- Automate IT and business processes using AI, APIs,



and workflow orchestration tools.
- Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Integrate IAM workflows with ServiceNow for identity lifecycle management.
- Develop AI-enabled automation for user provisioning, access reviews, and approval workflows.
- Implement AI security controls, prompt security, data protection, and model governance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI and IAM platforms.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices.

Required Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar IAM/PAM platforms.
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent Agentic AI frameworks.
