Position Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee record management. The role requires solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support the company's workforce and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing,



and employee compensation support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final settlements.

Required Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

1-3 years of HR experience (Fresh MBA graduates may also apply).

Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, PF, ESI, and HR documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
