Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, purchase orders, contract administration, and supplier performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast purchasing requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, pricing trends, and procurement opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements to maximize cost savings.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, supplier performance, and spending trends.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, invoicing, and contract compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and supply chain performance.
