We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan and execute local marketing initiatives for the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. The role will be responsible for developing the Retailer Marketing Plan, managing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand compliance, driving customer engagement, and monitoring marketing performance and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Retailer Marketing Plan in alignment with business and NSC objectives.
Plan marketing activities to support Current Car, Approved Vehicles, Service, Repair, Parts and other business areas.
Identify local market opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute digital, print, showroom and promotional marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing communication complies with Jaguar Land Rover brand guidelines and corporate identity.
Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales and other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Manage marketing campaigns within agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets.
Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Manage and track marketing budgets and expenditure.
Coordinate with JLR NSC / Regional teams and external agencies as required.
Organise and support customer engagement activities and events.
Maintain and update the customer database and capture relevant customer information.
Identify prospects for improving customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
Act as a brand ambassador and consistently demonstrate JLR Customer First Principles.
