Job description

We are looking for a Lead Production Support Engineer (.NET & Python) with solid technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 production support for Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs,



middleware, application logs, and SQL databases.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET.
Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.
Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.

Required Skills
