About the Role

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition qualified
with experience in
Non-IT Recruitment
, preferably in
Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals
.
Handle recruitment for Manufacturing.
Identify candidates from competitor and similar-industry companies.
Coordinate with candidates and manage the recruitment process.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
.
Non-IT / Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with targets and timelines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
