We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and impact-driven Head – Social Work & Research to lead and strengthen Soulfree’s social work function.

The role will integrate beneficiary management, data governance, outreach, CRM, documentation, research, team leadership and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership capabilities along with the ability to use systems, data and research to improve programme effectiveness and demonstrate measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities Beneficiary Management & Data Governance
Manage the complete beneficiary lifecycle and ensure compliance with organisational processes.
Maintain high standards of beneficiary data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
Establish systems for data monitoring, verification and audits.
Strengthen documentation and data governance practices.

Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards, KPIs and periodic impact reports.
Analyse programme and beneficiary data to generate meaningful insights.




Prepare assessments and management reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
Track social impact and identify opportunities for improvement.

CRM & Systems Management
Administer and strengthen the organisation’s Zoho CRM system.
Develop and automate workflows wherever appropriate.
Ensure effective utilisation of CRM and digital systems across teams.
Drive digital adoption and improve process efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead and mentor a team of 5–7 Social Work professionals.
Establish explicit roles, responsibilities, performance expectations and development goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
Support qualified growth and performance of the Social Work team.

Documentation & Research
Develop high-quality reports, case studies, programme documentation and knowledge resources.
