Job Title: Store Manager – Car Detailing Studio

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

(Relocation required if not based locally)

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our car detailing studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store while maintaining high service standards.
Handle end-to-end sales at the studio, including walk-in clients and inquiries
Convert leads into customers through effective communication and consultation
Manage daily store operations, staff coordination, and workflow efficiency
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Upsell detailing packages, PPF, ceramic coatings, and related services
Maintain inventory, billing, and basic reporting of sales performance
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Ensure the studio maintains a premium look and brand experience

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or store management
Experience in the automotive industry preferred (car detailing, accessories, dealerships, etc.)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
Basic understanding of customer handling and operations
Willingness to relocate to Amritsar if not currently based there
