Role Overview

The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing sales, staff performance, customer experience, product presentation and operational discipline on the assigned floor. The ideal candidate should be a robust team leader with excellent customer-handling skills and relevant experience in fashion, apparel, jewellery, luxury or lifestyle retail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily sales and operational activities on the assigned floor.
Lead, supervise and motivate sales executives and support staff.
Conduct daily staff briefings and allocate customers, sections and responsibilities.
Set individual and team sales targets and closely monitor performance.
Ensure every customer is attended to promptly and receives a premium shopping experience.
Personally handle high-value customers, bridal clients and complex sales situations.




Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor customer follow-ups, pending orders, alterations, trials and deliveries.
Coordinate with other floors, billing, inventory, tailoring, dispatch and management teams.
Maintain complete knowledge of available products, prices, offers and customization options.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and floor cleanliness.
Monitor stock movement and report missing, misplaced, damaged or slow-moving merchandise.
Maintain staff attendance, grooming, discipline and skilled conduct.
Share daily sales, customer and staff-performance reports with management.
Identify prospects for cross-selling and guide customers to relevant collections on other floors.
Support peak-hour, weekend, festive-season and wedding-season operations.
