Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our central HR team. In this role, you will work directly alongside senior talent acquisition leaders and gain end-to-end exposure to rapid-paced fintech recruitment. You will play a vital role in sourcing top-tier talent, coordinating the hiring pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.





Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Actively source candidate profiles across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, campus networks, and internal databases.
Conduct initial profile screenings to align candidate skills, experience, and aspirations with open position criteria.
End-to-End Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage complex interview workflows between candidates and internal hiring managers across technical and business functions.
Track candidate progression in real-time, preventing bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Analytics:
Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and interview feedback within the Applicant Tracking System.
Assist in preparing weekly talent acquisition reports, metric dashboards, and pipeline summaries for stakeholders.
