Position Overview

Madariz Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of Filumart.com, a B2B e-commerce platform connecting businesses, suppliers, buyers, and service providers.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting the platform, acquiring business users, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current B2B sales leads.
Contact potential buyers, suppliers, businesses, and corporate clients.
Introduce and promote Filumart.com and its services.
Convert prospects into registered and active business customers.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams.
Participate in exhibitions, business events, promotional activities, and client meetings when required.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Perform other sales and business development activities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development is preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, technology, or trading is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
