Travel Executive / Ticketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight ticket booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and related ticketing procedures.
Use Amadeus for airline reservations and ticketing activities.
Prepare and manage travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable flights, travel routes, and packages.
Communicate with customers and understand their travel requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, availability, and travel policies.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers when required.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Ensure all ticketing and travel documentation is completed correctly.




Provide qualified customer service throughout the booking process.

Job Requirements
IATA Certificate preferred/required.
Positive knowledge of Amadeus.
Solid understanding of airline ticketing procedures.
Good knowledge of itinerary preparation.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
Experience in travel agency or ticketing operations will be an advantage.
